In order to focus all our energy on making the first bite "delicious," we carefully selected our ingredients and went through a lot of trial and error with the soup to create our homemade motsunabe.The offal is also domestically produced and sourced directly from the butcher, so it's very tender.Of course, we use only carefully selected fresh vegetables purchased that day.
